I'd suggest Marwan sticks to the rules in future, rather than trying to pay his players off the books to avoid the cap.

I don't believe that the detail of the supposed breach has been published. So how does he he know it is 'blatant' unless he has inside knowledge or has 'friends' in Red Hall? I think he is stirring things for his own clubs benefit.

Whether true or not and whether you agree with the SC, think it will stand up or whatever, the charge and the accusation are that Salford chose to make payments off the books, which is a blatant transgression of those rules.

Obviously he runs Red Hall, that is why they hired a lip reader to try get one of our players banned again, something that has nver happened before or since





Salford broke the cap, 6 point lets them off lightly, at a minimum they should be forced into the middle 8s this year, at a max they should be relegated depending on the severity of the cheating.



In the NRL they give out much more severe punishments and it has only really happened twice in the 25 years they have had a cap.

Here the RFL are too scared and only deduct a few points, thats why clubs keep risking breaking the rules

Or he's going off the fact that Koukash publicly stated that he was going to breach the Salary Cap and then low and behold it's happened. That'll be what he means by "blatant", yet Salford fans, Koukash and Hudgell have added 2 and 2 and come up with 5 so they can have a rant and go on the offensive.
