Anyone notice a drop in the usual high standards this year?



No Handbook.



No money off in the shop vouchers.



Miss spelt merchandise



The general long wait for the dang things to turn up?

I noticed. Got mine this morning and was very disappointed that the £10 voucher wasn't there.

I think they've replaced the voucher with member-only retail discounts and events that will take place during the year.

I tend to shy away from these "events", the cynic in me prefers to shop when it's quiet and when I want, rather when I'm told to.



Also the reason why I don't get gold membership.

I think those that paid for gold membership got the handbook sent out with their card..? The rest must exchange a voucher at the club shop.

Yep, very very poor show all round by the club.



Got a crappy note apologising for the lack of handbook. It's taken a good while to sort the new ticketing out, you would have thought they would've had the books ready. Unless they are looking to save on postage?



It does consistently feel like they struggle with the merchandising side of things. There are always issues with this or that. Wasn't there issues with the cup final shirts last season?

The only problem is they've sent us the same boring card. Why didn't they design a nice treble winners one? One with all three cups on? Or one with Kev, JP & Kylie on?
