When did thise nasty streak enter his game?

Probabley somewere between Wigan and Cas not to mention wire. I can remember him playing for the pies u20's at HQ a few years ago in a curtain raiser and he'd started then. He didn't like the bloke behind me asking him where his career was going.



It's a shame really he was one of fav's when he was at Leeds!

It seems every game he has a pop at someone or a whinge

He does seem to have a poor attitude nowadays and appears very niggly. I'm guessing his attitude is one of the main reasons why he's at a new club every other year.

Millward shipped him out as soon as he took over at Cas. Either he has been treated very unfairly or there is some other reason.

I think the remark (shouted very loudly) during the the game was a dig at the fact Mathers left Leeds to further his career in Oz, But ended coming home to play in you reserve team.

I think you will find that most people from Leeds are quite well educated thank you very much.

From what I know and have seen of richie he is a model professional off the field. Looks after himself very well and extremley dedicated athlete.



Rugby league is a tough physical game so there will always be tempers flowing and niggle on the field. I have to laugh at the hypocrisy of leeds fans though. Worship bailey even though he niggles, abuse opposition players for similiar.



Richie should still be playing for a top, trophy winning club. But they went for the short term option (hodgson) and it doesn't look like millward fancied him. It happens. Seems to have found his home at wakefield now. Fair play to him.
