Sts were very good. Sadly on our trip to Melbourne we had a pretty dire team. Will be interesting to see how Sts go in the short term, as the WCC has created a bit of a hangover sometimes. However, they are so much better than the rest of SL when everyone's fit it's difficult to see them not winning the comp again.

Congratulations to the SL champs on becoming World champs and matching the record of the Rhinos in winning it 3 times. You will hand us our s on your return. Again.

Magnificent achievement, especially doing it in OZ. Exactly the kind of result IMG would have been praying for. Well done Saints!

I expect a few NRL teams will be sniffing sound some Saints players - Welsby obviously, possibly Dodd.



Hard to see them not doing 5 in a row.

They really have the right blend of home grown talent, experienced internationals and quality overseas players.



Great hit from Konnie at the end to dislodge the ball. Was a game changer.

Enjoyed it this morning. I do like Welsby. He's got the bit of arrogance to wind people up.

Welsby is the Shaun Edwards of his generation, good player great wind up merchant.

I can't hear the name Shaun Edwards without automatically adding '.. is a w@nker' in my head. It's like some kind of Pavlovian conditioning drilled into me from too many years on the South Stand.



He was undeniably a class player though.

Brilliant Saints on the p!ss all week and put Juniors out next week at Cas as can afford a beating. Unfortunately the week after is the Homecoming and we won't spoil the MASSIVE party night. Can't wait.

Not sure I can stomach going to this one, not because i think we’ll get beat but don’t think the StHelens love in will be very pleasant for a non Saints supporter, having said that watching it in Sky will be worse, Wilkin might have an a trouser accident Live on air

Perhaps he should heed his own words and not celebrate too hard, or whatever he actually accused Ryan Bailey of that one time after the grand final.
