Wouldn't surprise me that due to all the shameful events today, the disciplinaries a deferred until a full investigation is carried out.

If that’s the case then players have to be unavailable to play until investigation has taken place, which has happened in a number of occasions this season.

In Tomkins case it doesn't need an investigation its as clear as day on the sky footage he lands two punches to the head of Mamo, he should be banned for a game at least.



On the whole incident I can't believe some fans are blaming the referee even for the trouble in the stands. The players throughout that game were terrible for back chatting - Chris Hill and Tomkins being the worst culprits.



Catalan really are a grubby team, last year at Headingley was appalling with the fake injuries and playing for time, I just hope we don't let them drag us down to that level next week.
