never the less, when the storm went up to lift the trophy there was barely a leeds fan left in the ground.



i understand no one likes to see their team lose but melbourne had travelled thousands of miles to be there.

im a salford fan so im used to seeing my team lose and ive never walked out of a game early.

Indeed. Defo a degree of hypocrisy on display there. But they'll not be the only set of fans to have done that. I've never stayed to see Stains or Leeds lift the trophy when they beat us, and would expect most of their fans to do likewise.



But go easy on the[i schadenfreude[/i? Their fans (most of them, anyway) don't deserve it at all - and will be understandably bitterly disappointed to have lost that game at the death - even if their hierarchy does.

Im quite sure the Salford Fans wouldnt have been there had it been Salford in the same position...

Is it wrong that some fans just hate losing? We've all been there...wanting the ground to swallow us up.

I may be wrong but i'm sure the threads were about the Stains players sloping off after having their ar$e's handed to them.

I'm sure it couldn't of been about the stains fans especially last year because there was hardly any of the fekkers there.

We didn't leave the game early...........we just didn't watch them get presented with a trophy that they didn't deserve. How many finals have Salford played in as a Superleague team?
