I would take Rocky right away. Played Rugby with his older brother. Was always a class act. Still great now and only young. He can cover plenty of positions so will be great to have. Definitely and upgrade from Finn.

We gave Snyd a life-line. He was going nowhere with Salford. He excelled in the first 6 months of his loan spell. Salford knew we wanted him permanently but put a stupid price tag on him (100K). That scenario originated from the Chase deal. Cas and Salford wern't doing business with each other at the time. Only Hull FC were daft enough to pay for him.

You can't have it both ways, he excelled for you and you wanted him, and I've no doubt if you'd had some brass at the time you would have done a deal for him, so why were Hull daft enough to pay for him?

Signing on fees and transfer fees are 2 entirely different things.

So it's okay to pay a fee for the youngsters and then claim they came through your youth system.
