Having a drink is fine but when you get told by 4 different players that Cas players have been BANNED from xscape because of scrapping that is different.

Yes i like a drink who doesnt but when i played rugby i never touched the stuff until the end of the season and i didnt get paid to play i just liked to stay fit when playing obviously some cas players dont and then they wonder why they lose

I think bambam's gripe is, in a one of game like tonight, the boys should have and could have played much much better than they did.

Some of them looked like they had one foot on the plane to warmer climates instead of having there heads on this VERY important play off game. Certain players didnt pull there weight tonight and let the team down badly. Bambam sounds a very frustrated cas fan, as i am tonight.



Also can we stop harping back to ''just look where we have come from'' yes we all know we were in NL1 a couple of years ago....this as to stop being an excuse. We are now a proffessional super league team and have been for 2 seasons.

All players drink. Are they not entitled to in their spare time? Put it this way, you put your body on the line for 80 minutes, getting battered. They play in a sport where the slightest hit could ruin their careers. They deserve to have a break once in a while.

i agree with bambam the players are paid proffesionals and should not be drinking until the end of the season terry matterson is too soft they need someone with a bit of fire like carl harrison now he would sort them out, i know they have done really well this season and i for one am really chuffed but imagine what they could do if they stopped drinking and fighting and concentrated a little bit more on there fitness well thats it from me i am going to change my avatar now for something a bit more up to date

Well back on topic. Ryan McGoldrick, absolutely useless.

No I just think he needs to be taken out of the halves, he just seems to take other players out of the game when he's playing SO.

Where do we play him JF, his best position is FB. He'll never play so we are stuck.



Last night i would have changed things around after HT goldie would have gone to FB richie owen to wing and sorry but wainwright sub'd.

We could then get rangi and sherwin back as a partnership......TM tactics were beyond a joke and to put joe on the bench was pathetic.

TM needs to sort himself out never ming mcgoldrick.

And punish Wainwright who did no wrong just so we don't have to take off someone who has played poorly? I don't think so, Wainwright was one of the players yesterday who showed a bit of heart and passion.



Neither McGoldrick or Sherwin did anything to justify being on the pitch yesterday, it's a shame we had no option that included neither of them.



All McGoldrick did for us yesterday was earn us extra defensive practice by giving away stupid penalties.



Another thing, McGoldrick is perhaps the worst fullback I have ever seen when it comes to defending and as I recall, Richie Owen made some fantastic tackles last night to prevent Wigan scoring when they looked all but certain to. We'd have conceded more with Goldy at FB IMHO.

Ryan is a centre, thats what we brought him in as and thats where he should be playing.



Yet again he is put in a half back role by TM wher he's either asked to do way too much, or simply can't help himself getting involved in everything, in which case, TM needs to tell him.



Personally I cannot see what Evans offers us in the centre, Shenton and Goldy is a must for the start of next year. Sherwin to second receiver-where he gets more time on the ball and looks much more dangerous and turn Rangi into a tricky little srum half, for which he has all qualities.

That, my friend, makes perfect sense!



We should have hauled Goldie off and put Netherton in at hooker last night, with Chase & Sherwin in the halves. I've never been a Goldie knocker and have reserved judgement on what has been a disappointing season, but against Celtic he played like a headless chicken with the same amount of brains and last night he was just a liability. I'm not going to demand he gets shipped out or whatever, but he needs a dramatic improvement next season, and if that means putting him in at centre, where his running game can be utilised (and he won't have to pass the ball!) so be it.
