No, i'm just correcting people who insist on accusing my club of doing wrong and making the game look stupid.



Cas were totally at fault and we all knew before the game at Fax that we were wearing our White kit due to the kits been reversed on Cas' request for the 1st weekly round game at Wheldon road

Who cares jesus. Whats 500quid. Just everyone stop talking about it as like RW Said its over now.

To be fair mate you can understand the initial responses that the Giants being the 'Home' team should have worn their Claret and Gold kit however as the facts have come out the Tigers WERE in the wrong and should definatley taken a second strip with them of that there's no doubt , however that said i think whats really getting the Tigers fans backs up is that 'someone' at the RFL cocked up as well by putting on their official website that the Giants were down to wear their 'Principle' kit but after the debacle at the Shay the infomation was changed without any comment or apologies, for misleading fans of both sides ,by the RFL.

It makes you wonder just who those nameless faces at the RFL are answerable to.

But Cas originally asked for the kits to be swapped in february to showcase their new away kit on Tv so should have remembered.

It has been a farce, i agree but my defence is for my vlub who got accused form everyone because it was our 'home game' even though Cas had requested the swap .

Yeah agree mate we should have remembered and you are quite right imo to defend your club , my problem as i said is with the RFL who seem to treat the paying public with contempt at every opportunity.One day they'll realise that WE as fans deserve more.

it was 1997 fella.. but we did beat fc sharks 18-0 at old trafford to keep the rfl happy about promoting an unfit team who didnt deserve to go up

The Wakefield fan was commenting on the matter that this thread is about, namely shirtgate he was offering his opinion, so why bring up a subject which is totally irrellevent to the topic in hand unless of course you don't have a point to make or refuse to accept he is right. Without going into well documented and controversial stories associated with your club you are not in such a good position to rake up things from the past so why not leave them where they now belong, in the past.
