Got any proof of this? Even if it was true, that's one supporter out of, what, 3,500-4,000?

He handed thrown beer to a steward? That's a clever trick. It seemed to me he only started to complain about something being "thrown" when he realised he'd been a bit of a prat offering out a couple of hundred hull fans for a fight.

It was a bottle/cup couldn't quite see from where I was but he clearly handed a steward something that hit him and pointed out who had thrown it.







What folk are like on here, like when 3 Cas fans chanted stuff to Gareth Thomas, all Cas fans are homophobic according to some.

If true then he or she wants naming and shaming. But both fc and rovers would love to deal with a beer thrower in an away following of 3500/4000 cas fans every week, but you know what? will never happen.

Rare to see a Robin stick up for the Hull fans, but you are completely correct Hull and Rovers pour more than enough into the Cas and Wakefield coffers each season.

Seen someone say elsewhere the ref was made aware of it and the incident is going in the match report too.

Of course not, anyone caught throwing anything on to the pitch deserves a ban. I personally didn't see anything get thrown however, but lets see what the CCTV or witnesses report.



I just don't think its right to tar the other 4,000 or so Hull fans at the game with the same brush.

You'll see it crop up here a lot by a fan or 2 from every team, if one fan from one team does something....the rest of the fan base is automatically the same, just the brain power of some folk on here

Sick to death of both our clubs being branded. Yeah we have our idiots but we stick £50,000 into every clubs bank account in each away game we play. When cas come to us it will be less then £8000. So if they dont want the money ban us all.

Dear me. In the time I've watched the game 30 plus years the worst fans I have encountered have been Cas fans. Now I'm willing to accept that the local derby element may play a part in this. That said I've seen unprovoked attacks by Cas fans both inside and outside of both BV and WR. I was there in 2004 when Cas fans attempted to storm the away end after the game - I really could go on about this one but I won't.



This is also the same club where a (was it the Leeds) team bus that was bricked and where a certain Welsh player was so abused by local homophobes the club received a record fine!



I'm not saying you're worse than anyone else but you're in no position at all to take the moral high ground - wind your neck in.



Also this season every time I've seen Owen play he has acted like a child. Even in the friendly he was moaning and chelping like he was owed respect - only to scared to death when a real hard man Paul Aiton gave him some back. He may be a half decent player but Owen has gone backwards in his mentality in the last year - needs to grow up fast.
