As you say, Karl said in the bar after the game he has an injury to his sternum.
Shows how stupid I am, I had to ask where is the sternum?
Apperently it's in the chest. Best wishes to him. We do seem to have a lot of injuries, but according to Barry Eaton so do Hunslet, he said after the game that he had 8 forwards injured.

| Very poor second half, we'd won the game by half time so could afford to play more exciting stuff and throw the ball out a bit more in the second half but instead we played 5 drives and a kick nearly all half, was in all honesty one of the most boring halves of rugby i've ever seen, also dont think anyone passed the ball out to either of the wingers apart from Patto passing it white in the last minute of the game.

Ye we noticed that as well, they got into it abit towards the last ten minutes but for the majority of the game they were pretty much deprived of the ball...

| It's sensible rugby. Play your sets, build pressure and wear the opposition down. ,maybe not as exciting as the Calland Globetrotter style but we respect the ball much better, don't concede soft penalties and get the job done. We also came within a post of hitting 50 without ever really breaking sweat with an injury ravaged side.
Personally I reckon that will do for starters

| Did enough today, switched off in the second half for 20 minutes against a very workmanlike team who we should not have conceded so many against really.
Thacks looked hot, Fieldhouse was solid yet again and Robbo gave his all as usual.
We got a couple of lucky calls off the Ref today but didn't really need it, overall we looked much better then Hunslet and with a team full of so many young lads it bodes well for the future, decent crowd too considering they brought a small but very noisy contingent.
