Tezza, I think if the BOD thought we could go and sustain full time then we would have done but they obviously believe at this current time we need to build the infrastructure to allow that to happen. Getting in to SL is obviously the end game but not at the cost of the club.

If I remember correctly Richard had the choice this year either to go full time or to have a Reserve side he had no hesitation in choosing a Reserve side his intention I think is to go full time next year . |

You remember correctly, from what I also remember, they wanted to set foundations in place for the longer term plan.. And not all the squad could necessarily go full time just like that anyway...
But more importantly, did they consult Terry on this? Call an EGM  |

Yes good find, this and similar statements have been made from shortly after RM coming to the club and although it's him speaking it's very much a club statement it's not him and them who have different agenda's.
As I said before it will come down to how much a part time team can be improved to stay with the other sides and if the game gives it enough time. |

Everything Richard says I agree with , in fact it could be me who has written the Statement,  the 3 year plan which RM has in place is beginning to bear fruit, we just now need to put ourselves on an even keel with Bradford, Leigh, Sheff,and London to see the difference it makes on the field, I won't say I told you so , but Terry knew.  |
