It appears to me that Halifax and their Fans are somewhat obsessed with Sam, if that thug Manning had done that in the street He would be looking at Jail, it was a nasty incident ,which resulted in Sam Barlow being taken to hospital for a scan ,disgraceful ,why don't you realise that Sam has left you for a far superior team and grow up a little, my highlight of the evening was when Fieldhouse got payback for his Childish wave at Macnally at the Shay when He was scoring his try ,His pathetic pat-a-cake on the ball over His own try line clinched it for Leigh ,justice I call it

Nothing changed my opinion of the game , it was a very hard close game ,I hope Slammin Sam recovers as the challenge on him was terrible , and off the ball ,Bracek was mouthing off all night , and Fieldmouses challenge on Liam Kay again off the ball after we scored our Final try was bad . The future for Fax ?3rd spot if you are lucky .

I have a few friends who post on your Forum ,which is why I come along , not to gloat in any way .



I like to think I can look at BOTH sides of a game , but last night the Challenge on Sam was bad no doubt , Sam is no angel but he didn't deserve that sort of treatment .



Peawaap I disagree with your views on Fax though ,they are not Scum , and do have some decent players .

Saw Andy Gregory walking at front of seats at halftime.He was with a chap with a mauve coloured top and black glasses(was that our beloved mr Caroli ?).As for tactics we would have won the gime abeit an inch in touch in last minute.Over the 80 mins though i thought Leigh deserved to win.Sam Barlow is probably the best forward outside super league.He was the only player we had who could bust the line and offload and in my opinion is sorely missed.The fact that little Rowley can get the best out of him while big Karl couldn't speaks volumes of our respectful coaches.Tonka tried an offload last night(looked like his first career attempt-it went 4 yards forward

I haven't had the benefit of seeing a replay as yet, so have purposfully avoided giving my views on the challenge. If there is one available somewhere, I'd be greatful for a link.



I haven't read your post as a gloat, I have read it as a subtle way of informing us that you have nothing good to say about Halifax RLFC this morning. You seem to have the same view as the Peawaap chap, but are managing to maintain your "impartiality", by hiding what you truly want to say as to avoid upsetting Halifax John and Bentley Man. At least Peawwap has the balls to just come out with it..



Maybe we'll finish 3rd, maybe 2nd, maybe 4th, who know's, we have some issues at Fax that certainly need addressing, but address them we will and be stronger for it.

To be honest Paul was very complimentary on Fax and so were our directors.

They all showed respect to the proformance by Fax and clearly if they had cut out the roughing up they would have won.

We looked really jaded but the tactics made us want it even more and had us more fired up to win.

You have some good players and Im sure the tactics were coached into the game plan

Get rid of your coach and you may win something
