It's obvious Fax will have a bigger spending budget next year whoever you sign, I think it will be another very good year to watch the Championship,I'm not sure if Beswick is the answer for you .

I am confident that whoever Richard decides he wants, be it Gareth or Sam or Eric Cantona, he will be sure he can integrate then into the squad and get the best out of them.

Other wise why would he want them.

HJ I agree that RM will pick wisely and we all have faith in him doing it. My point is that some are easier to integrate than others and some have more baggage with our squad team spirit counts for a great deal.

John I think RM is most Definatly his own and choose his playing staff as he's sees fit, I think you need a centre and a good half back,to compliment your current squad.

Why we'd want Barlow back is anyone's guess. Beswick was a good player for us in the past but for me always played within himself and playing for Fax was just a job.

Beswick was a good player for us but would rather we didnt sign him. His time is gone plus we actually have 3 hookers as Connor Robinson can also play hooker. As for Barlow-defo No. Ego Maniac who thinks more of himself than the team and his mates. I dont see a role for him at Fax anyway as our pack is strong and we have just added some strength to it with Fairbank and Grix. Maybe the French lad will be here as well on loan as well.

Good evening GFB. On the subject of salaries at Leigh, I picked up an interesting comment from Paul Rowley in his (very humble) interview following Saturday's latest debacle in the Qualifiers.



He was talking about having to adapt to a full time environment. Pre full-time, he stated the obvious, that the players were working in the day and then having to train hard afterwards - just like your guys have been doing, although I don't think we had any window cleaners. (Ridyard's dad being the only one I can think of

)



The surprising comment came when he explained that this season, our lads have been training in the daylight, (you may be forgiven for having assumed otherwise, after our trip to the Shay last week) and then going out to work in the evenings!

I hate to thinK what they have been doing then, but was surprised that they would need to have to do that, as full time professionals.



Maybe they aren't being paid as much as many of us may have thought?

Clement has signed for Toulouse from 2016. Just came to us as he was kicking his heels after the end of the French league competition and RM thought we might get a few games out of him.



Looked good when he's played but as everyone else has said we have a quality pack that he's found it hard to break into, plus we've just added to it with Grixy and Bob Fairbank.

Toulouse still not defo playing in the Championship 1 in 2016 and so his season will be over in May. Could be that he will come on loan over the Summer season if Toulouse stay in French Elite 1 next year.
