Well thanks for that Directors , for a start it`s a new group that was formed to support the Club when they felt hard done by the RFL and if Mr Abbott didn`t want any of the fans to protest he should have made this clear when the meeting was arranged over a week ago.

I like many others have been puting my good money into doing all the fundraising for the Faxbuilder this year well that`s it for me now I am seriously considering not renewing my season ticket . They are a bunch of spineless idiots.

I will not be driven away by the inadequacies of the system and the ruling body. I will continue to give my support to my club.

I would still say support your club, the Club still needs us fans otherwise it will totally die, at the moment we have a club that is among the best in the league we play in, as we need to make sure it stays that way.



Hopefully the club will make annoucements very soon, with regards to next year and beyond.

The club will do what they see as being best for the club long term , let them get on with that , whatever they do will not please everybody , and whatever they do might be or not be the right decision in a few years with the benefit if hindsight

Do you have a link for the statement about the Others, saying they are going to let another Heartland club in SL in 2015? I have not seen this.

Be firm, show some bottle, continue to speak out about the ridiculous franchising system?



I can just see it now, the next time the franchise announcement is made...it will be like groundhog day.

As already mentioned many times on these threads IT'S GOT TO BE A COLLECTIVE and not just a Fax thing.



RFL can ignore Fax BUT NOT a collective from the rest of the championship clubs which from my understanding is precisely the grounds on which the protests are being made.

We all know what happened on Groundhog Day. It kept going on in perpetuity.

I am under no illusion that the Clubs` Board have no doubt been leaned on by the RFL to produce this statement to bring the Fax fans into line.As there was quite a big piece in the rugby papers this Monday stating we intended to do some kind of protest.

However even Mr Abbott by the looks of things does not realise this protest is not about Fax not geting into Super League although it may have been the catalyst it`s about the RFL s total lack of respect for the Championship Clubs.

It`s about a fair deal for everyone and I for one still believe in that it`s not just Fax fans that are fed up with how the spirit of the game has gone but a good deal of others too.

The T. shirts can still be worn as the RFL cannot stop the fans wearing a Tshirt

that we want to wear and they will still be available for donations at over £3-50 each.

Exactly my point , it is not about Fax persay .

It just does not add up the BOD new we was having this meeting and where happy for us to go ahead with a protest at the Widnes game as long as it was peaceful. They met the RFL last Tuesday so why wait until now to plead with us to stay quiet? What I heard is that the club did not agree to release the joint statement so why the sudden change of Heart? Something smells fishy and I am not talking about the contents of Baldricks apple crumble.
