I`ve wondered about that myself as several months ago Rimmer said the Super League team who found themselves kicked out would get a parachute payment plus a higher salary cap. But they did not get kicked out they chose to withdraw so why should they get rewarded for a shambolic 3 yr period.

Those that follow SWS definitely don't see it that way as they're only in existence because of the Crusaders moving north. If anything, Crusaders were just taking advantage of SWS commendably having a majority-Welsh side.
